Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Copal Wellness, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of every client, the following policies apply.
Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service charges still apply.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once they have been booked through our online scheduling system and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Right to Refuse Service
Copal Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Copal Wellness.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of wellness services, all completed services are final and non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss your concerns.
Gift certificates, promotional offers, prepaid packages, and memberships are subject to their individual terms and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Products may be eligible for exchange or refund only if unopened and returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
